For crew members who will take the exams with Princess, please open the registration with the CIA "Norwegian certificate (ENG1) CIA Princess and the issuance of this certificate with our doctor is only carried out in the city of São Paulo. If you wish, you can take the exams in our partner clinics and when the results are ready, you can schedule the certificate to be issued with the Doctor and leave with it on the day of your appointment.

I declare that I have understood all information regarding medical procedures, applicable international criteria, and my responsibilities, and I fully agree with all the conditions presented. I declare that all the information entered by me in this registration is true. I accept the terms and conditions of Cancellation and Refund Policy, and agree that Sampletrip - a company from the Samplemed Group follows all the guidelines of ILO (International Labour Organization) for the release of any medical process and I agree with the Sampletrip Transcription and Delivery Time Policy. I am aware and authorize Sampletrip - a company of the Samplemed Group - to conduct the exams that are within the profile of the airline to which I will apply. These may include X-rays, audiometry, electrocardiograms, stress tests, and laboratory analyses, which, in addition to conventional analyses, may include HIV testing (performed during blood collection) and toxicological exams (performed during urine collection).
